Does you offer exchanges?Updated a month ago

We sure do. Please be sure the item you wish to exchange is unused with all of the original packaging and tags. Please click here and follow the prompts. You will be given the chance to select a different size. Once we receive your return, your exchange order will be triggered to process and ship automatically. 

Exchanges or refunds for discounted orders such as ski teams, industry professionals, Pro Program members, Expert Voice, and Outdoor Prolink are subject to a $/€10 restocking fee as is mentioned in the program rules and polices agreed to upon acceptance into the program. 


Please be aware our system won't permit exchanges on a different category of product, such as exchanging a helmet for a goggle. However you can select "store credit," and then use that credit to purchase a different item in a new order. Once we receive your return, your store credit number will be emailed to you. Store credit does not expire.
