I accidentally ordered the wrong thing! Can you update/cancel my order?Updated a year ago

Unfortunately, once an order is  submitted, it’s very difficult for us to intercept and cancel it. The system is automated for speed and efficiency and our warehouse team moves fast. We also cannot internally make changes to orders once they’ve been submitted.
