Lost or Stolen Packages Policy
When an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (e.g., UPS) to the shipping address provided at checkout, the delivery is deemed complete, and ownership and risk transfer to the purchaser at that point.
If you did not request a signature upon delivery, or if you authorized or accepted delivery to be left at your front door, porch, or other unattended location, Anomaly Action Sports S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any subsequent theft, loss, or damage.
If your package is missing:
Review the delivery confirmation and any carrier notes.
Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted delivery.
Contact the carrier immediately to initiate a trace or claim.
In cases of suspected theft, file a police report as required by the carrier for investigations.
Future orders:
In cases of repeated delivery issues, we reserve the right to require signature confirmation or delivery to a secure access point for future shipments.
Our role:
While we do not issue replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered, we will provide all necessary documentation to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or your insurance provider.
