What is your return policy?Updated a month ago

We will accept returns on all unused products within 100 days of purchasing. Product must have tags and packaging. You must return product in a shipping box or bag, please do not tape your shipping label to the SHRED. box. 

Returns for a refund are subject to a $10/€10 restocking fee. 

Exchanges for members of our Pro Program, Expert Voice, and Outdoor Prolink are subject to a $10/€10 restocking fee.

Why is there a fee? It's not a decision we made lightly. Due to fraud, theft, disregard of our returns policy, lack of care, receiving damaged/used product, removed tags, crushed and ripped boxes, we had to implement a stopgap. As a small independent brand, we feel this small measure is important. We politely ask industry professionals not to ask us to make exceptions.

Please insert your order number (including "US") and email/zip code in the "RETURNS & EXCHANGES" portal of our website found at the bottom of the page. Once a return is opened, you have 30 days to drop it off. After 30 days our portal will automatically delete your return request. 
Follow the steps and get a shipping label to return the product. 

Once your return is received, your refund/store credit will process.
