No problem, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the claim, the entire product (Pictures from all sides), and a copy of the proof of purchase. We will reply shortly with an assessment. If accepted, you will be advised to purchase the replacement product. You can then send your claimed product at your leisure, and we will refund your purchase once we receive and accept the claimed product. We will also refund up to $10 for shipping.
