What is SHRED.'s warranty policy?Updated 3 days ago

If you need to make a warranty claim for a product purchased within the past year, email us at [email protected]. Please include:

- A photo of the defect
- Images of the entire product (from all angles)
- Proof of purchase

If your claim is approved, we may assist with returning the defective item, sending spare parts, or replacing the product.

Anomaly Action Sports SRL (AAS) offers a one-year warranty on SHRED. and SLYTECH products against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover defects caused by abuse, neglect, heat exposure, improper fit, or modifications.

AAS's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product or part. For returns, use a carrier with tracking and package the product securely. AAS is not responsible for damage caused by improper packing or shipping issues.

Please note that there are some specific cases not covered by our warranty:
- Neon color helmets which are not covered due to color fading
- Sunglasses and goggle lenses scratches or wood temple breakages are considered normal wear
- Closeout items which are included in final sale and not covered by the warranty
